- Church Sports Ministry Director
- Camp Director
- Community Center Director
- Associate Pastor
- Leader in organizations like Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Athletes in Action, Ambassadors, Word of Life ministries, SCORE ministries and the YMCA
What Will You Learn?
In the Sports and Recreational Ministries program at CSU, you’ll be interacting with small class sizes and professors who really care and desire to mentor you. You’ll not only receive quality academics to prepare you for your career, but discipleship to prepare you for life.
Develop leadership experience and skills
Grow the confidence and skills you need for an effective ministry career. You will be mentored in discipleship by your professors so that you can go out and mentor others.
Utilize sports principles to teach biblical truth
Learn to develop sportsmanship and integrity in the athletes you work with. You will be equipped to evangelize and disciple people through sports.
Gain hands-on experience in ministry settings
Gain valuable skills through internship and apprenticeship experience! You will leave with a deepened passion for people to know biblical truth and be equipped to mobilize team members to make an even greater impact.

Each of your sports and recreational ministry courses will be taught from a biblical worldview, and you’ll learn with an intimate group of peers led by professors who care about your success.
