William Higley
Dr. Bill Higley has been a part of CSU since 2001. As the vice president of academics, he oversees undergraduate, graduate and seminary academics, helping students make sure their academic endeavors fit the direction God leads.
Dr. Higley has extensive classroom experience at Davis College and Liberty University. His academic research and study areas focused on local church ministry and leadership studies.
As a professor and head coach of the Lady Defender softball team, Dr. Higley loves how fun college students are to work with. He is an overseer at LCBC (formerly Parker Hill) and spends the summer months behind the plate as a professional umpire. He enjoys running, reading, learning about history, traveling and watching sports. He and his wife, Susan, have four adult children and one grandson.
