Don McCall
Dr. Don McCall is passionate about pastoral ministry, having served in ministry since 1972. He began teaching pastoral courses at CSU in 2000, driven by his personal mission statement from 2 Timothy 2:2: making disciples of Jesus Christ by bringing them into a learning, loving, living relationship with Him.
Before joining the faculty, he served on the CSU board for five years. He has also served on the council of the Pennsylvania Association of Regular Baptist Churches and the Association of Baptists for World Evangelism. In the fall of 2000, McCall and his wife, Bonnie, began a church revitalization ministry, serving as an interim pastor for churches in need. They also speak at Bible conferences, marriage seminars, camps and overseas mission trips.
A lesser-known fact about McCall is that he has been a marathon runner (with a best time of 3 hours and 17 minutes!). He also enjoys listening to sermons while exercising, painting houses during the summer and getting lunch with friends. The McCalls have been married for over 50 years and have three adult children and seven grandchildren.
