Margaret Wright

Associate Professor, Science

Margaret Wright has been teaching biology and chemistry at CSU since 1996. Wright has always been fascinated by biochemistry earning both her undergraduate and graduate degrees in biochemistry. She strives to pass that excitement on to her students. She enjoys mentoring and working with students one-on-one.

Wright has received a President's Science and Technology Award. And, fun fact: she speaks French! Her favorite verses are Psalm 37:4–5, which her mother shared with her when she left home.

She and her husband, Wayne, have one daughter. They love going snorkeling and diving in the ocean.

I love serving at CSU because I am able to mentor and work one-on-one with my students.
