Ronnie Chastain
Ronnie Chastain has been serving athletes as a trainer since 1997. He helps athletes and coaches with preventative work and conditioning, injury evaluation and treatment, rehabilitation and referral when necessary. With a holistic approach, he ensures athletes are physically, mentally and emotionally healthy so they can do their best in their various roles. As an adjunct instructor, Chastain helps pre-physical therapy and pre-athletic training students make solid connections with field professionals to gain observational experience and beneficial relationships.
Chastain is a NATA certified athletic trainer and member, licensed by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Department of State. He has also held roles in the Bureau of Professional and Occupational Affairs for Marywood University’s program since 2008.
Chastain and his wife, Christina, have four children and have served as residence directors on campus. Now he is involved in LCBC church ministries, enjoys YouTube, Twitch and video games and has created a Pokemon Go community on campus.
