Nathan Mewhort
Director of Campus Safety and Security | Director, Teen Leadership Conference | Resident Director
Nathan Mewhort loves student ministry. He’s been serving in youth ministry since 2010 and in 2021 joined the community life staff as the resident director of Bancroft Hall. He loves challenging students to cultivate a more intimate walk with Christ in every area of their lives.
Formerly, Mewhort was the director of young adult ministries at Fellowship Bible Church in Troy, Pennsylvania. In 2009, CSU awarded him the Christian Citizenship Award.
He and his wife, Lynze, and their two children. He is a Philadelphia Eagles fan, and he enjoys playing board games, sports, and connecting with people. Oh, and eating at Red Robin.
I love working with people to help them understand Jesus and what their relationship with Him can look like. The realization in someone’s eyes when they figure out that Jesus affects all areas of our lives and that our spiritual life is not in its own box but is so tightly interwoven with our career, relationships, and all facets of life, it’s just so awesome to see and be a part of!
