Marilyn Luster
Director of Student Employment and Career Readiness | Adjunct Instructor | Resident Director
Marilyn Luster has been serving CSU students since 2012, ministering to women in Barndollar Hall as resident director and now in the Office for Student Development. She helps students prepare for wherever God takes them through career assessments, job opportunities, and resume and cover letter planning.
Luster’s CSU degrees in counseling as well as being Career Direct certified have helped her in her roles serving students. She loves seeing them grow and helping them understand how God has unique designed them for a purpose.
As CSU prepares Christ-Centered and Career-Ready graduates, I enjoy begin part of that journey as a student grows in understanding how God has uniquely designed them for a purpose. I love seeing how students navigate learning who they are and then seeing how they utilize that growth in college for ministries and careers after CSU. It's truly a blessing to walk with students on their journeys!
