Ken Pyne
Dr. Ken Pyne came to BBS in 2014 with over 27 years of pastoral ministry experience. Pyne has a heart for the local church and preparing students for ministry.
Pyne was a contributing author for "The Pastor: A Guide for God’s Faithful Servant", published by Regular Baptist Press in 2012. He teaches workshops on corporate worship and leads worship at North Valley Baptist Church. Pyne also teaches in the Bible department for CSU.
Pyne and his wife, Debbie, have four adult children. His favorite book is "Worship Matters" by Bob Kauflin, and his favorite passage of Scripture is Hebrew 13:5–6. More of Pyne’s favorites include the Cubs—he grew up in Chicago—and Longhorn Steakhouse—specifically the chocolate stampede dessert.
