Kelly Arp
Head Coach, Women's Tennis | Head Coach, Men's Tennis
Kelly Arp began coaching the CSU Lady Defenders tennis team in 2006. As head coach, she loves teaching tennis because it’s a lifelong sport her students can use wherever the Lord leads them.
A USPTA certified tennis professional, Kelly has also held positions of USTA recreational Coach and Abington Heights girls varsity coach. In July 2021, Arp was the Lackawanna County Open Champion!
Joshua and Kelly Arp have seven children. Kelly is involved in music and hospitality ministries at their church, and she also enjoys hiking, skiing and of course, playing tennis.
I love teaching students tennis because it is a lifetime sport that they can play anywhere they go after CSU. They can use tennis to stay fit, get socially involved in a community, and even find a career. We love modeling the daily life and struggles of a Christian family and discussing our values with our players.
