Erika Bruckner
Erika Bruckner joined the Marketing and Communication department in 2015 having worked in the field since 2003. She creates content that helps prospective students see how CSU can equip them for life. Bruckner believes everyone has a story to tell and loves to see stories converge at CSU. She enjoys teaching communication classes and loves working with student workers as they build skills and gain experience. As the resident director in Thomson Hall, Bruckner spends time with students in day-to-day life.
Bruckner holds both bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree from CSU. She has experience in marketing and writing with Happenings Magazine & Communications Group and the Northeast PA Business Journal. She is a Top 40 Under 40 professional award winner.
She and her husband—who she met at CSU—have three children. Bruckner serves in children’s and women’s ministries at Grace Bible Church in Dunmore, Pennsylvania, and her favorite book is One Thousand Gifts by Ann Voskamp.
