Family-Focused Production

The play follows the journey of a Babylonian wise man who is shocked and changed by the truth he learns in the land of Israel. It will be an event for the whole family that presents gospel message. The production is a blend of drama, music and multimedia, featuring original songs.

Convenient Online Degree

Melville has been serving at Word of Life Fellowship for 15 years. He graduated from CSU’s online degree completion program in 2015. He says, “The online program was really convenient for a guy in full-time ministry with a growing family. The professors were all very friendly and helpful during the entire education process. The staff was also easy to work with and made the process as smooth as possible.”

Preparation for Ministry

Melville believes his time at CSU prepared him well for his current role as director of “Magi” and assistant director of teen camps on the Word of Life New York campus. He says, “I picked up valuable leadership and organizational tools that I am using in my current role to prepare for this production as I lead a team of people and communicate with various host sites along the way.”

Melville is happy to return to his alma mater and partner with CSU for this production. “We have the same desire to see people reached with the gospel of Christ and believe that young people play a vital role in the process,” he explains. “It’s great to be in a place where young people are being trained to make much of Jesus.”

He describes the production as “a great way to share the story of Jesus with friends and family. The gospel will be clearly presented along with the backstory of who Jesus is and why it was so important for Him to come to this world to be our Savior,” says Melville.
