COVID-19 Reopening Plan
All CSU events will take place in a way that meets or exceeds guidelines set by the CDC, the Pennsylvania Department of Health and the Pennsylvania Department of Education with the safety of our students, employees and greater community in mind.
Summer 2020 Events
- LYFE Women’s Conference has been postponed. The entire conference, including keynote speaker Shiela Walsh and award-winning artist Ginny Owens, has been moved to May 2021. Watch the 2020 LYFE Simulcast for free!
- The Man Up! 18-hour men’s event has been postponed to 2021. Sports executive Pat Williams, formerly with the Orlando Magic, Chicago Bulls and Philadelphia 76ers, remains the keynote speaker.
- Teen Leadership Conference 2020 has been cancelled.
- 2020 Defender Sports Camp and Big Blue Sports Camps have been cancelled.
CSU’s 2020 Commencement has been postponed due to COVID-19. The event is scheduled to take place as a special, combined ceremony with 2021 graduates on May 1, 2021.
CSU participates in NCAA Division III Colonial States Athletic Conference, and we will be following NCAA and CSAC guidelines regarding athletic contests. The conference has suspended all intercollegiate competition for the Fall 2020 season. A final decision on the possibility of future intercollegiate competition for fall sports, including the possibility of conducting fall intercollegiate competition in Spring 2021, as well as a plan for intercollegiate competition for winter sports, will be made by the end of September.
