There’s more to sports than playing games. Through a combination of business, leadership and discipleship courses, you will be prepared for a leadership role in a sports-oriented organization. With business training, leadership development and discipleship experience, you will be ready to influence teams and athletes for Christ.

What Will You Learn?

In all of the programs at CSU, you’ll be interacting with small class sizes and professors who really care and desire to mentor you. You’ll not only receive quality academics to prepare you for your career, but discipleship to prepare you for life.

Effective teaching and discipleship skills

Learn to build and oversee a leadership team. You will develop the discipleship skills you need to guide athletes in spiritual growth.

Biblical philosophies of business management and leadership

Build your business administration skills from a solid, biblical foundation. You will develop ethical awareness unique to leading a sports-oriented organization.

A balanced skill set in administration and spiritual direction

You will be equipped to lead well in a variety of areas. You will learn to coordinate and lead a sports-oriented organization and utilize marketing strategies effectively.
