SKILL DEVELOPMENT

What Will You Learn?

In all of the programs at CSU, you’ll be interacting with small class sizes and professors who really care and desire to mentor you. You’ll not only receive quality academics to prepare you for your career, but discipleship to prepare you for life.

Cultivate your passion for training students to be active. You will gain the teaching and mentoring skills you need to encourage others to take care of their bodies.

Teach movement, sports and health education in dynamic environments

You will be prepared to coach, organize and run fitness activities effectively in a variety of situations. Learn to work alongside students of varying physical abilities to promote their well-being.

Program Highlights
  • You will be eligible to apply for Pennsylvania state certification, which shares reciprocity with most states, and certification from the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI) for grades PreK-12.
  • Your will gain experience in two student teaching placements, at both a public and Christian school.
