What Will You Learn?
In all of the programs at CSU, you’ll be interacting with small class sizes and professors who really care and desire to mentor you. You’ll not only receive quality academics to prepare you for your career, but discipleship to prepare you for life.
Contribute to individuals’ personal physical development
You will be given the resources for practical gym instruction in a variety of non-teaching roles. Get hands-on experience helping people get physically active in internships guided by professionals.
Teach movement, sports and health education in dynamic environments
You will be prepared to coach, organize and run a variety of fitness activities and events. Learn to work alongside people of varying backgrounds and physical abilities to help them grow!
Motivate others towards healthy lifestyles
Cultivate your passion for training people in physical activity. You will gain the skills you need to help others take care of their bodies by providing effective training and encouragement.

Learn to help people take care of their bodies by guiding them in physical activity. You will be stretched mentally, improve your own physical abilities and be trained to deeply impact others.

While you prepare for your career you’ll also earn a double major in Biblical Studies. At CSU, you’ll experience personal mentorship with someone who cares deeply about you and your relationship with your Creator.
