In a world where almost everything is readily accessible, substance abuse, unhealthy behaviors and destructive thinking patterns are very real challenges. Become equipped to deal biblically with these issues and to help people out of enslaving habits to find freedom.

You will be prepared to start working or continue your learning to help others break free from addiction through:

  • Working in addiction treatment facilities
  • Pursuing a Bachelor of Science and master’s degrees, which can allow you to be certified for Addictions Counseling


What Will You Learn?

In all of the programs at CSU, you’ll be interacting with small class sizes and professors who really care and desire to mentor you. You’ll not only receive quality academics to prepare you for your career, but discipleship to prepare you for life.

Identify addiction problems

Gain a deeper understanding of, and learn to recognize, addictions, abuse and enslaving choices.

Combine biblical truth and practical steps

Learn how God’s truth can be paired with the other resources He has given us to treat addictions effectively.

Confront spiritual and psychological issues

Understand the causes of addictions, and learn how they can be combated from their root issues.
